Please note the following restrictions below. These apply to all reservations during the 2010 Olympic period:
- Reservations will be accepted starting October 1, 2008
- Conditions and rates apply to stays during February 11 - February 28, 2010
- Reservations can be made with Visa or MasterCard only
- Payment is due in full at the time of booking. The credit card holder must be present at check in and all guests must be over 19 years of age
- A 2 night minimum stay is required
- Changes or Cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee up to and including December 31, 2009. NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE AFTER THIS DATE
- A maximum of 8 dorm beds or two private rooms can be booked per person
- No discounts, vouchers, coupons are redeemable during this time period

Rates for the 2010 Olympics are as follows and include all taxes, linen fees and includes self-serve, pancake breakfasts and tea/coffee:
- Dorm Accommodation: $39.50 CAD per night/per bed
- Private Room (shared washroom/double bed): $100.00 CAD per night/based on single or double occupancy
- Private Room (private washroom/double bed): $120.00 CAD per night/based on single or double occupancy
